Our prints on hard foam board are done on Original Forex Digital®. The silky and uniform surface of foam boards with its fine, homogenous cell structure is particularly well-suited for digital printing. It also ensures a uniform print image for direct printing and provides a 100% flat surface for fine art prints.

Our foam boards are consistently white and 0.16 in thick. The extremely lightweight hard foam boards are weather-resistant and suitable for outdoor use.

Due to the B1 fire protection certification, foam boards are also commonly used for exhibition purposes outside of private settings.

Direct printing is a process where the ink is applied directly onto the material. With the use of advanced direct printing machines and materials designed specifically for digital printing, we achieve top-quality printing results. UV direct printing is highly resistant to UV light, scratches, and water. Due to this, UV direct prints on foam boards are suitable for sunny locations or outdoor areas.

In the next step, the printed posters are laminated with a matte or glossy finish. In the final production step, the laminated poster prints are mounted onto a foam board. This way, the vibrant color brilliance and sharpness of the photo are combined with the stability of the lightweight foam board.

You can also order your photo on foam boards from us to measure. Even larger prints are possible on request by means of multiple parts. With the configurator, you can configure your images up to the mentioned dimensions as multi-part with up to 16 parts. There you will also find photo editing tools such as color effects, image cropping, or special shapes like round or heart-shaped foam board images. Optionally, you can also order your foam board prints with corner bores.
Foam board prints are suitable for advertising signs or even as eye-catchers in your home. No matter where you hang your foam board panel print, you opt for a lightweight and durable material, suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Production and shipping

We print your designs with high-quality precision printing equipment that achieves outstanding results through continuous color management. Even large-format requirements are perfectly executed with a print resolution of up to 1,440 dpi. If the design cannot be enlarged for printed images due to insufficient resolution, you will receive a corresponding notice during the design process in the product designer. After the photo printing, the CNC cutting machine precisely cuts the finished print to the desired size. Canvases, for example, are stretched precisely to size on our high-quality Perfect Frame stretcher frames from our own workshop. Any necessary finishing touches, such as edge polishing for glass prints or lamination for giant posters, are implemented using state-of-the-art technology without compromising the maximum brilliance of your images.

We want your ordered product to arrive safely. Our employees therefore ensure reliable shipping, from packaging to delivery. Your picture will be carefully packed in special cardboard boxes at our dispatch station to protect it ideally. Large formats in particular are given individual, machine-made cardboard packaging. We hand over your delivery as an insured parcel to one of our premium shipping partners and as soon as your picture leaves our production facility, we will send you a tracking code by e-mail so that you can always see where it is.

After receiving your order, we take care of its implementation and secure shipping to you. Your ordered image product undergoes regular and stringent quality control during production and also after completion.
