We print your image on 510g/m2 strong PVC banners made of 100 & PES (fire protection class B1). The banners are approximately 1.65 in. thick and can be ordered up to 196.85 x 55.11 in size. We do not print your PVC banners using the conventional solvent printing process, but environmentally friendly on our 6-color latex printers, which are also used for canvas prints for example. This way we guarantee the highest possible quality for your PVC banners. The latex ink is completely solvent-free and odorless. Therefore, you can also use our PVC banners without hesitation and without waiting time in enclosed spaces. The PVC prints are light and water-resistant. This means that you can easily wipe and clean your PVC banners as well.

Once you have uploaded your jpg or tif file to our configurator, you can personalize the size and material in the next step. You have complete flexibility with the size, allowing you to print not only standard PVC banners but also customize them. For the material, you can choose between PVC banners with or without eyelets. It's good to know that we include eyelets as standard on your PVC banner, so it arrives ready to hang. During the design process, we will show you where the eyelets will be placed. This allows you to ensure that no important elements of your design are covered.

You can design your PVC banner online, then place an order, and we will convert your uploaded file into a printable PDF including printing information and cutting marks. Upon printing, your PVC sheet will be precisely cut using our CNC machines to the nearest millimeter. This allows us to also accurately produce custom-made designs. Following the cutting process, a quality check will be conducted by our staff. In the subsequent step, your sheet will be fitted with eyelets, if you have ordered them, and then prepared for shipping. You will then receive a shipping confirmation along with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your insured package on its way to you.

We print your designs with high-quality precision printing equipment, which achieve excellent results through continuous color management. Even large format requirements are perfectly implemented with a printing resolution of up to 1,440 dpi. If the design cannot be enlarged for printed images due to insufficient resolution, you will receive a corresponding notification during the design process in the product designer. After the photo printing, the CNC cutting machine precisely cuts the finished print to the desired size. For example, canvases are precisely stretched to millimeter accuracy on our high-quality Perfect Frame stretcher bars from our own workshop. Any necessary post-processing, such as edge polishing for glass pictures or laminating giant posters, depending on your selection, is carried out using the latest technology without compromising the maximum brilliance of your images.
