Your image will be printed as a photo on 250g heavy HP Premium photo paper. This photo will be mounted on 0,08 in thick, high-gloss acrylic glass and backed with 0.12 in thick metalic. For your Gallery Bonds, also known as Gallery Print, we use state-of-the-art 12-color printers. Our trained specialists prioritize consistent color management with specific profiles for each material. This ensures consistent results and ideal color accuracy.

The high gloss acrylic glass (0.08 in) covered with the photo is reinforced with 0.12 in thick aluminum metalic (aluminum-polyethylene composite). Dibond has ivory white outer surfaces and a black core. This provides an exciting side view of your image, especially with Gallery Bonds in combination with transparent acrylic. Long-term tests have shown that the ratio of 0.08 in acrylic to 0.12 in aluminum metalicis the best combination for optimal shape stability of your Gallery Bonds.

We can custom make your Gallery-Bond according to your wishes. In the product designer, you can also order your Gallery-Bond with corner holes, as a multi-part piece, or even in a circular shape. While configuring, you can also crop your images as desired or apply effects like black and white or sepia. We also offer the perfect hanging options for your Gallery-Bonds. You can choose between the affordable metal hanging kit with a floating effect, elegant theft-proof stainless steel cylinders that perfectly match our corner holes, or back-mounted hanging rails that provide even more stability to your photo. We transform your uploaded photo into a printable file. This file is then sent directly to our printers. For Gallery-Bonds, we first print a photo on 250g heavy HP Premium photo paper. In the next step, we mount this photo on the back of 0.08 in thick, high-gloss acrylic glass. The aluminum metalic reinforcement is then applied, where the aluminum metalic panels are glued on the back. Once the bonding is cured, your image is precisely cut out using our CNC milling machines. The edges are polished smooth in an additional polishing process. After the final quality check, your image is provided with protective corners, wrapped, and made ready for shipping. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email including a tracking link to your insured package. By the way, you can track the progress of your print at any time in your MYPOSTER customer account.

Production and shipping

We print your designs using high-quality precision printing equipment that achieves excellent results through continuous color management. Even large-format designs are perfectly executed with a printing resolution of up to 1,440 dpi. If the design cannot be enlarged for print due to low resolution, you will receive a corresponding notice during the design process in the product designer. After printing, our CNC cutting machine precisely cuts the finished print to the desired size. For instance, canvases are stretched precisely to size on our high-quality Perfect Frame stretcher bars from our own workshop. Any necessary post-processing, such as edge polishing for glass prints or lamination of giant posters, is carried out using state-of-the-art technology, all while maintaining the highest possible brilliance of your images.

Your picture is carefully packed in special boxes at our shipping station to provide ideal protection. Particularly large formats receive custom, machine-made cardboard packaging.
