In the next step, we mount this photo on the back of 0.08 in thick, high-gloss acrylic glass. The aluminum metalic reinforcement is then applied, where the aluminum metalic panels are glued on the back. Once the bonding is cured, your image is precisely cut out using our CNC milling machines. The edges are polished smooth in an additional polishing process. After the final quality check, your image is provided with protective corners, wrapped, and made ready for shipping.
